I think her name is spelled Tran but pronounced Train, (I sincerely apologize for any misspelling); however, she is wonderful to deal with when getting adjustments on my dentures, always listens with a smile. Improvements would be to extend hours and days for adjustments.

i was advised the charge for the partial but not the other charges that applied and i was lucky i had the money to pay in full.

Apparently my needs are not important as to what you think I should do. As I do respect your advice, I cannot afford to go through the procedures you recommend and instead of helping me you refused to do anything. I should have been given options as to what I can do whether you thought it would last or not. It's still my choice and at my age not lasting long may be the option I would prefer to take a chance with. I am not a patient at this office, but I have been receiving emails on behalf of someone who is. Unfortunately, my efforts at removing my email from their records and unsubscribing have been futile. I can't speak for the dentistry at this office (because I've never been there), but I am thoroughly unimpressed by their ability to maintain customer service and respond to simple bookkeeping matters.

As in previous visits, my time with you and the young woman in the examining room was most comfortable. Thank you for your expertise and conclusion that my tooth could be mended. As soon as I can, I will make an appointment for "new" dentures or other work. I would recommend one change: Have people in the outer office to not diagnose patients. I had a 9:30 appointment but unfortunately I requested a refund because as of 10:20 a room was not available. It appeared as the morning was very busy with walk-ins or over bookings. Although cordial and professional, the staff seems to be ineffective at managing scheduled appointments.
