A trip to the dentist to see Dr Jill is like a day at the spa, what a treat! Her and her staff are amazing and make you feel so comfortable. She has new technology that makes you feel very comfortable and confident in her treatment recommendations. 5 stars!!!
I am phobic with dentists, but Dr. Jill and her staff make me feel comfortable and safe. They are efficient, knowledgeable and really listen to any concerns or fears you may have.
As some with a pathological fear of dentists, I found Dr Jill is caring, compassionate and always concerned for her patients. Restored my faith in dentistry. Excellent work and a beautiful surgery with great people.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Jill herself. Quite competent and a terrific bedside manner. She's great with kids. The staff on the other hand... I tried to book an emergency appointment for an excruciating toothache, the receptionist booked me in for a checkup(!) appointment for 2 days from now, and that they'd schedule something after I was checked... so at minimum 4-5 days for emergency treatment... unacceptable. "Dr Jill" has been the best dentists I have ever gone to. She may not spend a lot of time with you but your questions are always answered. Very positive and upbeat! My teeth have never been in better health since I started seeing her 10 years ago when she was at Tri Mac Dental. Love the new office and the staff are always pleasant and helpful!
Took my daughter in for an appointment and it was a wonderful experience. They were so good with her and showed her the tools, let her help and put me and my daughter at ease. Dr. Jill was so good with her also, and spent her time explaining the problem that they found and our course of action. I left there feeling better and so happy that my daughter was comfortable enough to sit and allow them to do what needed to be done.
Bedford South Dentistry continues to impress me. The staff are extremely helpful from receptionist to Dentist. I have been dealing with Dr Jillian Reynolds and have been extremely impressed. Besides being a perfectionist in her field, I also find her to be very compassionate to your well being while in the dental chair. I would highly recommend her and find it very hard to believe that someone had a negative experience.
