I've been very satisfied with her services provided. The staff are nice and always accommodating. My dentist recommended Dr Loo and my dentist took her own daughter to get treatment at DrLoo's office. I thought DrLoo must be really a good orthodontist because the dentist got their own treatment from her. I completed my treatment now and very happy about the result. Now I am taking my kids to get treatment from DrLoo.
I recently completed my Invisilign treatment with Dr Loo. She was not only professional and did an excellent job with my teeth (I now have a beautiful smile), she had a great and upbeat personality. I actually enjoyed going to get my teeth looked at. Her staff are also professional, pleasant and efficient. I would recommend and have recommended her and her team to anyone interested in getting their teeth straightened. Thank you so much Dr Loo!!
I was a bit apprehensive about having invisilign because in General, I don't like having my teeth being touched. However Dr. Loo explained everything to me in detail. The staff ensured that I received the best treatment. I've been very satisfied with her services provided.

Dr. Loo is an excellent clinician. Front desk staff and the techs are friendly and always accommodating. I know my daughter is getting the best care possible.
Dr. Loo is awesome. She really knows what she's doing, and I can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients.
Terrible orthodontist. Not only is she incredibly late for every appointment (i’m talking 30-45 minutes late), she is extremely condescending and doesn’t listen to her patients. She speaks over them and makes ineffectual and unrealistic treatment plans before actually hearing what the issues are. I would not recommend her at all.
Although she is a good orthodontist, Dr. Loo's office is horribly run. She often overbooks patients and I have had to wait for up to an hour, while I was missing class, despite the fact that I had informed her, and her staff, of ahead of time. Dr.Loo is quite pleasant, but I have found, in the past year and a half that I have been a patient of her's, that her staff have been quite rude and unprofessional.
