Very comfortable setting, from the waiting area to the examination room. The whole process of check-in and examination was very high-tech, yet practical, which enhanced the experience. I received helpful consultation, information and care while there. As much as a dentist's office can be a good experience, this was! Thanks so much!
I have been going to Discover Dental since I moved to Kelowna and have been highly satisfied on every visit. I have recommended some of my family to go there, as well. Dr. Hallet, Krista, Jesse, and Belinda have always been helpful when I have called or been in for an appointment. We are new patients of Dr. Hallett's and staff...the "wow" factor for this group of professionals goes a long way. Friendly, organized, knowledgable, state of art equipment, staff's expertise in each area=outstanding. I have never had such a thorough and informative visit to the dentist...ever! WOW!!! Ok that was absolutely awesome. I was recommended to Dr. Hallett from a friend of mine. I saw him on an emergency basis and that was by far the best dental visit I have ever had. His staff totally rock!!!!! I'm not a big fan of the dentist usually, but this totally was not a normal dental office. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr. Hallett and his team to anyone. It was fun talking about skiing, and wakeboarding. Thanks again for making me feel awesome.

Going to the dentist can make anyone weary, but the staff at Discover Dental are so knowledgeable, kind, and experienced; I actualy look forward to our appointments. They organized a plan to work specifically around my needs. Now not only am I without pain, I can smile without hiding my teeth.
This office welcomes our family from the reception right through to the dentist. As my dental plan isn't the best, affordable payment and treatment options have been suggested to meet our families needs. My 9 year old loves the separate play room with TV, video games, books and toys. My 16 year old likes how the staff are fun and spunky. I have to say the lattes I am offered when waiting for my children are very tasty. All in all a great environment!
Our family just moved to Kelowna recently and we decided to go to Discover Dental mainly due to location since we are in Kettle Valley. We have been extremely happy with everything so far. The staff are all very nice, the office is beautiful, and Dr Hallett seems very knowledgeable. He also really puts you at ease, something I appreciate as I used to have quite a bit of dental anxiety. I feel very comfortable now when I go.
I've had nothing but great experiences at Dr. Hallett's office! He is very friendly, thorough and gentle. Also, he truly has the most AMAZING staff! You can see how well they work together as a team. I look forward to my appointments as I know I am getting great dental care! Thank you!
