Decent dentist, clean office, friendly staff however Jeremie would probably make a better salesman than a dentist as he is always pumping some new procedure or Botox treatment during regular visits. That being said is very talented and quite passionate about his practice.
Jeremy has been our family dentist since he arrived in town and bought our previous dentist's practice. He is a warm, friendly person who is very gentle. He has done a lot of work on both mine and my husband's teeth and we were very pleased with the results. My kids have only needed the standard kid stuff, but they have no complaints. HIGHLY Recommended.
Stay away from this guy is clown, he had an office in kelowna moved to the westside (Brightside) He wanted to operate on my jaw for tmj He was not qualified and his 5 star rating is fake Keep your children away from this madman (he has a bad temper you have been blessed to read this post).
For nearly 3 years, Dr Hallett was obsessed with convincing me to have treatment that "could be a problem" every time I went for a cleaning. I asked for them to stop talking about it, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. I talked with 3 other dental professionals about it, including someone who teaches dentistry, and they all said not to accept that course of treatment. I called the office to have a tooth repaired that was giving me some pain. They said they could give me a 1/2 appt to diagnose it but then I'd have to come at a later time to have it repaired . Not good if you're in pain. I do not recommend this Dentist as money is more important than a patients health. Do NOT call for emergency .
Will never go back! Been trying to get an absesed tooth dealt with for 5 months, he has no idear what he is doing. Got a new dentist & being adderesed so fast. He is in it for the money & not your well being
Zero stars. Personality like a dried up piece of popcorn . He even rushes his staff.
This is the worst dentist I have ever encountered! Staff are rude, and he thinks he walks on water. Treated my wife and children extremely poorly. We will not be back!
