People here are always friendly and there for me when it is necessary. When I had to see Dr. Loo because I felt pain, they booked me as soon as possible even though they are busy. Dr. Loo knows what is best for me, all the receptionist people are helpful, all the assistant people are kind.
All the staff are very professional, Dr Loo is very considerate. The office has been taking care of my teeth for decades and I have been enjoying perfect smiles since then, haha!
Dr. Loo is very knowledgeable and patient. And the group of people that work there are absolutely wonderful.
Dr Loo has treated both our children, one with braces and the other with invisilign, both have beautiful teeth now. We highly recommend her.
Love the staff here. Came here for my treatment and then my oldest daughter came here and now my youngest is receiving treatment. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. There have been a few times we have waited very long periods. It can be frustrating, but we understand the office is trying their best.
My daughter has been going to Dr. Loo for 15 years. Yes you read that right. My daughter was born with a cleft palate and Dr. Loo and her staff have been there for us since she was two weeks old. My daughter has experience a variety of care with the Dr. Loo. She has gone through plates, retainers, braces and retainers again. All of appliances have been of great quality and if there was a problem it was dealt with professionalism and in a timely fashion .....considering we live out of town. My children see Dr.Loo for their retainers. Each visit has been nothing short of pleasant. Her staff are friendly and efficient. I would definately recommend Dr.Loo and her team.
My teeth were bad! I also had an overbite. I always wanted to fix my teeth, but since I was an adult, I wasn't sure if braces would work for me. My son sees Dr. Loo for his retainers. Although you can see this is a busy clinic, the front desk staff is friendly, efficient and helpful, so you feel like you are getting very personalized care. Dr. Loo and her colleagues are excellent and spend time to explain how the retainers would work and how to care for them. She is very approachable, receptive to our questions. and my son felt at ease in her office, despite needing retainers! I am very impressed with Dr. Loo and her office staff.
