I find the staff is very good, Dr Korne is very knowledgable and competent and the very easy scheduling is very accomodating. However my biggest issue are the bedside manners. Dr. Korne makes me feel so horrible every time I call or each time I visit. When my son's braces break - and of course my son has to take responsibility for it - but I don't need the constant dressing-down each time it happens.
