Best customer service ever.
Very good quality treatment of my issues. Cleaning, scaling, even replacement of fillings and crowns. It’s all been great. And on top of that, everyone is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Phillips is the best! He has come in on a Sunday two times over the last many years I’ve been going in order to fixed a cracked tooth before I had to go on a business trip. And he always calls me after to see how my appointment was pretty much every time, the other dentists are great too. Best dentist, ever no joke!

I became a Royal Centre Dental Group customer in 2023 when my previous dentist's earliest appointment was two months away and they had an appointment next day. I got excellent service since then but at my latest dental hygienist appointment I experienced something extra. Melinda the hygienist said that a condition in my mouth improved a lot since my last visit. I was amazed, I am not sure if she remembered my name or face but she did remember the condition in my mouth. That's what I call personal care.
It was very positive comfortable and professional visit. My first time here. Ryan and Ken and all associates were truly professional, kind and amazing.. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say.. "I'll be back"
