From the moment I arrived at Royal Centre, the team was efficient and reassuring, and Dr. Bernhauser took care of me on very short notice. The office has a warm, modern feel and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Dr. Bernhauser listened carefully, explained things clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I left confident in the result and grateful for the prompt, expert service.
