I’ve been a client of The Royal Centre Dental Group fo 30 years and while I no longer work downtown the excellent service and wonderful team has kept me coming back.
Dr. Ryan Bernhauser called me back after leaving a message for him on a long weekend. I doubt that many professionals would do that in a similar situation. He was able to help me immediately deal with an emergency over the phone and made room to see me the NEXT DAY .... finding room in his full day to help deal with my issue. With that in mind I would highly recommend RCDG to anyone neefing dental care. I've been going to this dental office for about 3 years now. They are excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. The dental work and cleanings lve had have been excellent and gentle! I'm not a super fan of going to the dentist but this is the best place I've gone. Highly recommend.
I found the entire staff to be doing the best they could in keeping everything sanitary, and the dentist I saw fixed a deep cavity (that almost, and in the hands of a less scrupulous professional, would've been a root canal). He also told me that he could repair a bad infection in another dentist's pretty botched root canal, but he lacked the very specialized tools needed for the job and gave me a referral to an endodontist nearby who has the tools and skills needed to do the major job.
