We are just beginning orthodontics for two of our sons. Our experience will all the staff has been extremely positive. The staff are professional yet very friendly and always have time to answer all of our questions.
Dr. Pollard and his team are awesome. I would recommend him and his staff at anytime.
We were a little nervous at first, not knowing what to expect, but soon found our minds put to ease by Dr. Pollard and Nicole. They walked us through the whole process step by step and seem very knowledgeable. The rest of staff very warm and friendly too. Would definitely recommend Dr. Pollard and his team of professionals.
Wonderful orthodontist and wonderful staff; everyone treats my sons and me like valued customers. Staff provide clear explanations of recommended treatment, expected timelines, what will happen at the next visit, etc. Almost always on time. Highly recommend Dr. Pollard if you or a family member need braces.
Always a good experience for our daughter:) front desk staff are always welcoming and supportive. I have not had much interaction with Dr. Pollard myself but I believe his staff to reflect his own personal professionalism.
