There are 3 people on staff. Receptionist, Dental assistant and Orthodondist Dr. All 3 work really well as a team. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I was referred by my dentist and went for an initial consult to see what can be done so i can get a better smile. i must say the service is extra-ordinary. the staff take goes the extra mile so you are comfortable. i must say this a one in a kind service not every you will go and get such a great service. Dr. Pollard even try to give me different option to make payment for my braces. I recommend anyone to Dr. Pollard. When you enter the office you feel at home.
My daughter is seeing Dr. Pollard for her braces. Very friendly guy and the staff are great as well. They did an excellent job of explaining the problem, treatment options, how long it might take, etc and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with the financial arrangements. We really felt like we were a part of the whole treatment. Great experience overall so far.
Dr. Pollard is awesome. I have been taking my daughter there since october and we have been very happy with the way we are treated by Dr. Pollard and his office. I love that the office is close to home in the mission. The staff is great and we feel like we are being treated fairly and honestly. I would highly recommend mission creek orthodontics.
Just got my braces on at Mission Creek Orthodontics. Dr. Pollard is great! Very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable while you are there. Everything was explained to me before we got started and he answered all my questions. I'll be taking both of my kids to see Dr. Pollard in the next 6 months.
Dr. Pollard at Mission Creek Ortho is treating my son and daughter and so far I have been extremely impressed with everything. He is very polite and professional, and always takes the extra time to explain things in a simplified manner. I would strongly recommend Dr. Pollard. Fees seem very reasonable too from what I've been hearing from other parents.
