Dr. Ryan Bernhauser called me back after leaving a message for him on a long weekend. I doubt that many professionals would do that in a similar situation. He was able to help me immediately deal with an emergency over the phone and made room to see me the NEXT DAY .... finding room in his full day to help deal with my issue.
