Dr Phillips did an excellent job on my crown today. He was professional and attentive as always. For such an invasive procedure with lots of drilling, it was relatively painless. Dr Phillips followed up after the appointment to inquire about how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr Phillips and his staff at the Royal Centre Dental Group.
I think this would have to be the first time in my life that I have given a Dentist practice 5 stars. If you are looking for a Dental practice that cares about their patients then this is the place to come too. From the first time I called them to me going to my appointment and speaking with everyone it was an amazing experience. I would most certainly be referring everyone that I know to this practice. Thank you for your level of service, it truly is hard to find these days it seems.
I’m a fairly new patient at this dentist, but I have to say, every time I have had an appointment so far, has been a pleasure! I needed quite a bit of work done when I first arrived, including cavities, wisdom teeth removal, and I’m still working with them on a few more things I will be doing in the future (implant/bridge). I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips for about 6 months now, and I can say with confidence that he is one of the best dentists I ever had: thorough and very good at what he does. Dr. Ryan Bernhauser did a filling for me today and it was such an amazing experience. His freezing was painless and the whole procedure was flawless. His attention to detail is what I was also very impressed with. The CDA who assisted him (I forgot her name, sorry) was very informative, explaining everything to me before it was done.
