My usual anxiety when seeing the dentist is non-existent when I see Dr Ryan and his staff. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and wanting to make the appointment and good experience.
I usually don't post reviews on Google as I strongly believe great service is standard for any business or practice. However, RCDG and Dr. Ken definitely deserve a positive review unlike others. I was on vacation in Vancouver and was suddenly hit with a dental emergency out of nowhere. The receptionists and Dr. Ken were able to fit me in their tight Monday schedule on an extremely short notice (literally in 15 minutes), even though I was not a regular patient at their practice.
