Our family has been patients of Dr. Phillips for 20 years. This practice is my number one recommendation for anyone in Vancouver looking for a wonderful dentist. All of the staff are extraordinarily knowledgable and super friendly. If you are lucky you may visit a day when the puppy is on site.
Everything worked properly and service was excellent. Absolutely no complaints or concerns. Work was first rate as usual.
My boyfriend was experiencing excruciating pain from a toothache all night. I found Royal Centre Dental online and contacted Dr. Phillips and Dr. Bernhauser at 4:30am. At this time, the pain has become unbearable, thankfully Dr. Bernhauser responded promptly and gave us instructions on how to manage the pain until we can get an appointment. Great practice with exemplary professionalism & care from staff. Clean, organised and thorough service with a clear plan for future treatments. TV and a service dog to put you at ease while they work, I even got a choice of TV station to watch. 10/10 all round!
Very professional and well organized dental group staff! They have a great appointment scheduling system so you can get bookings earlier than expected. The dental hygienist service is world class!
