Very impressed with the dental staff. The hygienists and Dr. Bernhauser are very friendly, helpful and informative. I get quite anxious about going to the dentist, but the hygienist was very attentive and quickly put me at ease. Haven't had a positive interaction with the administrative staff, however. The entire staff is amazing. Great location. Knowledgable and patient dentist who is passionate about dentistry. A pleasure to deal with.
Dr. Ken Philips and his team are wonderful. They are kind and efficient and care about your experience. I have tried a few other clinics and this is top notch for care, staff and environment. Easy to find meter parking or hop on the train to Burrard.
