Very very professional high end dental clinic! Right at the appointment booking I’ve already felt that I’m on the right place. At arrival two very friendly, informative, helpful ladies welcomed me at the reception. As a new patient with no existing dental records in Canada I choose to start with a full throughout examination. Nothing but great things to say about this place! Hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time so when I finally got around to it my sister recommended I come here as she had such a fabulous experience. The whole staff is fantastic- kind, helpful, reassuring, and most importantly comforting (as the dentist can bring up some anxiety). Great place! The staff are super friendly, the chairs are sooo comfy, and it’s probably one of the best dentists offices I’ve been to. Dr Phillips is very kind and thorough, my hygienist is so friendly, I always feel very well taken care of!
I've had two cleaning sessions with Royal Centre Dental Group, and also had two fillings done, all over the course of about two months. I enjoyed a very positive experience every time; the doctors and the hygienists were highly knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive to my requests. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, too. Certainly planning to come back for my next cleaning!
