This place has great dentists both Dr. Bernhauser and Dr. Phillips were always super kind and professional, the hygienists were also great, unfortunately the front desk is a completely different story. It really depended on who you spoke with, both me and my wife had some issues with setting up our coverage with the front desk on our first visit, but decided to keep coming here since the doctors and other staff were great. I cleaned my teeth this morning and still feel painful now. it was really terrible experience.
They tent to book appointments without checking the insurance coverage. I was scheduled for a 6-month cleaning. After I paid the fee, they realized that it's not covered by my dental insurance... Good way to learn more about my dental insurance coverage. Despite of that, Dr. Ryan and Malinda are great.
I first stumbled into the RCDG when I had an accident and lost my two front teeth. I had attended a physician in a medical clinic in the building and he suggested I see a dentist ASAP. There was a sign at the reception desk of the RCDG “Accepting new patients”. I walked up to the desk held up an envelope that had teeth written on it and smiled.
