Yesterday I went there for my son’s wisdom tooth. Based on my search, I was expecting to see more experienced doctor, with a higher level of information and knowledge. Dr Shahrzad is very inexperienced, her recommendations was not a professional one, that’s why I would prefer to find another place.

Dentist here refused to accept Canada Dental plan, unless i pay $1000 deposit, east India receptionist was rude, crass, overbearing, patronizing, condescending. it should be illegal for overpriced, lazy, half good dental work dentists in Vancouver to refuse canada 🇨🇦 dental, something is seriously WRONG with any dentist in Canada that refuses a perfectly fine plan

Get caught on false advertising. They promised to take the scam down within 1 week. Disnonest business and charges you more for less services. Their receptionists are ballshiter who keep lying to you and twisting their own words. Don't trust their google review. Like most of Vancouver dentals, these reviews are hardly real. They just pushed the boundary a bit more.

bad to see root canals on the list of services since that is leaving rotting organisms in the body to infect the rest of it only to have to extract and replace it later for even more money than the root canal and crown should be illegal.

Very disappointing, as soon as I asked about the Canadian coverage, I was told I had to pay upfront, when I can see here in the reviews that some people get claims made on their own insurance. I have a dental emergency and I really need some help. Unfortunately these guys are not willing and don’t put the patient clearly.

Business response:

Hi Chris, I'm sorry to learn about your dental emergency and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. There may have been a misunderstanding because we do accept the the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP); however, for existing patients only. Excluding those covered by the CDCP, patients are responsible for full payment of their treatments at the time they are delivered. If applicable, their insurance company will pay them directly after a claim is submitted. We pride ourselves on our reputation for pro... read more

I feel bad giving a negative review - I don’t do it, I always find something positive. Having been told that I need to pay for all services upfront, including for the Canada dental care program I was shocked because I’ve seen on the reviews that other clients have paid deductibles. Somehow, I feel a bit discriminated against

This was bad. I booked a cleaning. This hygienist spent 1 hour scratching my bottom teeth. That's all he did. After one hour he was like "oh yeah, that's it, you have to book another appointment". I left with my mouth tasting like latex, wasn't even given anything to spit, no products applied, no brushing. Just 1h of this man scrapping my teeth with a metal toothpick. No amount of dirt accumulation could ever justify this. They knew I had insurance, so just wanted to make money out of me. Got me once, won't get me twice. Now... read more

I sought emergency dental care for a severe toothache. The hospitals recommended I see a dentist due to the infection's severity, but the receptionist at this office advised me to return to the hospital. After i just had 3 days of antibiotics at the hospital for an infection. I was prepared to complete the required paperwork, but I will not be returning.

I worked for this company, I appreciated what I learned but I do not recommend working for this company. The office manager is the dentists wife. She was never there to support and on top of that she had her sister who knew no dental knowledge run the practice for her when she was always in Arizona. One dentist in particular, I witnessed, would bring in a friend/higher paying client over patients booked in. I will never agree with that. People should be treated like people no matter who they are. I will never respect a compa... read more
