The dentist and the dental assistants here are good so it’s unfortunate that the front staff at RCDG is absolutely terrible. They are consistently rude and incompetent and unable to apologize for the obvious errors they make. I was quoted around $1300 for a crown and was later told the cost was actually $1600. I selected my insurance coverage option based on this inaccurate quote and hence received the wrong amount of coverage. Avoid this place. It was literally overpriced and just did too much examination for nightguard which I didn’t want.
I had the worst experience ever with the cleaning. I got insulted during the whole session and being judged. I came to clean my teeth not to get insult. If you guys know what “customer service” mean
I called to book an appointment and because ''they don't know me'' they wanted me to give them my credit card information so they could charge 50 dollars to ''save my spot.'' No other clinic does that. For anything. The lady over the phone was very rude. I will never call again, and of course, I will keep looking for a good clinic. There are many in Vancouver.
Worst customer service, ever. All I wanted was getting an appointment. However, the front desk staff Christine was not helpful at all. She never answered to my questions, she was passive-aggressive and VERY VERY RUDE all the time until I finally got tired after 15 minutes of useless talking and I closed the phone call. Waste of my time. I am not going there. Unfortunately, you guys lost business from me and people who recommended me this place.

I called to book an appointment to get my retainer replaced, and since i have been to this dental clinic before i thought I would considered a patient. The receptionist sounded pretty condescending on the phone. Kept saying we can't see you because you are not our patient, while I had seen Dr. ryan before. I will be one of the few people to leave a negative review. I came to the clinic about pain in the right bottom area. Dr. Ken Phillips examined my teeth and suggested a treatment plan that cost $1500 and included a root canal. However, after the treatment was performed the pain was still there. I went to the clinic again and the doctor was still not able to diagnose the problem. After a month of pain I had enough and went to another dentist.
