I had a very bad experience with Royal Center Dental Group. Several months ago I underwent crown treatments for two teeth unnecessarily when I only required crown treatment for one. Not only that, when i went back for a subsequent visit to fit the crown, without discussing it with me in advance, they also did a filling for me. I was very disappointed by the service provided. The allocated time was not enough for my teeth hygiene cleaning. I was asked to come again for the second appointment. Why was there enough time for 10 x rays and one 180 degrees x ray, but not for hygiene cleaning? Why was there enough time for dentist checkup, but not for hygiene cleaning?? Would give them a zero if I could, I'm in excruciating pain and they wouldn't help me after opening 23 minutes late. Apparently if you are not rich you can just suffer in this country. I plan on contacting the better business bureau and my member of Parliament because this is a joke and nd I'm not laughing. It is extremely important for everyone that reads reviews to understand how this works and for us to address this. This place has great dentists both Dr. Bernhauser and Dr. Phillips were always super kind and professional, the hygienists were also great, unfortunately the front desk is a completely different story. It really depended on who you spoke with, both me and my wife had some issues with setting up our coverage with the front desk on our first visit, but decided to keep coming here since the doctors and other staff were great. I cleaned my teeth this morning and still feel painful now. it was really terrible experience.
They tent to book appointments without checking the insurance coverage. I was scheduled for a 6-month cleaning. After I paid the fee, they realized that it's not covered by my dental insurance... Good way to learn more about my dental insurance coverage. Despite of that, Dr. Ryan and Malinda are great.
I first stumbled into the RCDG when I had an accident and lost my two front teeth. I had attended a physician in a medical clinic in the building and he suggested I see a dentist ASAP. There was a sign at the reception desk of the RCDG “Accepting new patients”. I walked up to the desk held up an envelope that had teeth written on it and smiled.
