I'm visiting from Ontario for a few days and I had the unfortunate event of chipping my tooth! It was a Saturday and I did not want to wait over a week before I got home to get it fixed. With a quick Google search for an emergency dentist, RCDG came up. I called right away and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Friendly and efficient.
Dr. Bernhauser and every staff member I have encountered has been fantastic. Great customer service, an extremely clean facility and everyone is incredibly good at what they do. Will definitely recommend to others!
Dr. Bernhauser is a fantastic dentist. He's friendly, competent, on-time, professional, and always seems to have my best interests in mind. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist that they can fully trust.
My dentist for about 10 years now, I've never had a complaint. Appointments are on-time, the cleanings are gentle (I don't end up with the taste of blood in my mouth), and most importantly, they don't do work that isn't needed and will refer when necessary. The tv's in the ceiling are 14" CRTs with murky sound, but who cares?
I visited Royal Centre Dental Group in December for a broken crown and was treated by Dr. Benhouser. After X-rays, I was told I needed a refilling and a new root canal and was referred to a specialist. I paid $300 at RCDG but received no treatment at that visit. I later had my root canal completed by Dr. Neda at a downtown endodontics clinic, who was excellent—highly skilled and professional.
