I'm visiting from Ontario for a few days and I had the unfortunate event of chipping my tooth! It was a Saturday and I did not want to wait over a week before I got home to get it fixed. With a quick Google search for an emergency dentist, RCDG came up. I called right away and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Friendly and efficient.
Dr. Bernhauser and every staff member I have encountered has been fantastic. Great customer service, an extremely clean facility and everyone is incredibly good at what they do. Will definitely recommend to others!
Dr. Bernhauser is a fantastic dentist. He's friendly, competent, on-time, professional, and always seems to have my best interests in mind. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist that they can fully trust.
My dentist for about 10 years now, I've never had a complaint. Appointments are on-time, the cleanings are gentle (I don't end up with the taste of blood in my mouth), and most importantly, they don't do work that isn't needed and will refer when necessary. The tv's in the ceiling are 14" CRTs with murky sound, but who cares?
I only came here one time this past February and then decided to switch. The two office staff I met (one dentist being Dr. Rahimizadeh and one hygienist) felt judgmental and pushy when I told them I wanted to get a second opinion from another dentist and it makes sense why as the other dentist couldn't see at all where this cavity was that they needed to fill. They also took an xray of my jaw but when they sent it to my new dentist I switched to, it was so blurry and faint that I had to pay out of pocket for a new xray as my... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic regarding a scheduled wisdom tooth extraction. I booked the procedure in February 2026, received a quote, paid a deposit, and confirmed the appointment by email. However, when I arrived on the day of the surgery, I was told that I was not booked and that the procedure would not be performed. I had not received any prior notice of a cancellation or change. I visited Royal Centre Dental Group in December for a broken crown and was treated by Dr. Benhouser. After X-rays, I was told I needed a refilling and a new root canal and was referred to a specialist. I paid $300 at RCDG but received no treatment at that visit. I later had my root canal completed by Dr. Neda at a downtown endodontics clinic, who was excellent—highly skilled and professional.
