For a few years now I have attended the Yaletown Laser Centre and received various treatments from Dr. Shelly Kassam and her staff. I have had Botox treatments for many years and loved what Dr Shelly Kassam did for me.I had no bruises, loved her caring and gentle manner and would recommend her to anyone.
I have always found Dr. Shelly Kassam and Yaletown Laser Centre to be curteous, knowledgeable and very caring. The staff are really cool and Dr. Omar Kassam is an amazing dentist!
My regular Doctor is no longer available, so I was referred to Dr. Shelly Kassam who did my botox injections. The results were unsatisfactory my lips were uneven, one side was large than the other. Dr. Shelly Kassam is a dentist who should not be injecting botox injections, She does not know what she is doing. Yaletown Laser and Cosmetic should have qualify Dr's to administer injections. Do not recommend this doctor. After injecting my botox.
She is greedy greedy greedy. Will always run late and just wants to upsell. She also has a very old way of thinking when it comes to injectables. Over injects! Do not trust her!
Ended up getting 2 vials i said i only wanted 1. She went to deep and now have a red lump that will not go away i went back twice and she tried to sell me more filler. She said i can desolve the old filler at a cost , should i pay you to fix your own work. I never had any lump before the filler was injected by dr. Shelly dont see her unless u want to pay to have it fixed by some other doctor
Terrible injector, money hungry, a liar never trust this woman. Or her husband. Liars and cheaters just wants to push treatments on you. Stay away
Dr Shelly Kassam is not the best injector & greedy. I went to her for under eye fillers, she over did one side and claimed there was a lot left for me to use next time. Well when I went in about the puffier side & mentioned the left over product she acted like I was insane. I used it all! She snapped. I should have known better to get whatever she says in writing. Dr Shelly ruined my face at just 24 yrs old. She injected my hollow under eyes with Restylane which ended up making them look even worse by creating bags as well. They were uneven, one eye was more puffy, baggy & it stayed that way permanently. Apparently your body is suppose to dissolve it over time, well that didn't happen for me. So now one of my eyes is baggy and the other eye which wasn't over done did take years to go back to normal.
