All the staff including the front office, Dr. Kassam & Stacy, who is the hygienist are efficient, courteous & respectful. Both my daughter & I feel very comfortable being patients here.

My entire experience from my 'walk in' consult to sitting in the dentist 'chair' and having hours of work done was amazing. The staff are professional yet funny, very sweet and caring. The team is outstanding and the results are outstanding. Thank you!
The consultation and examination were both pleasant and very informative.
I came into this particular appointment more nervous than not, although I have more than enough experience with Dr. Omar and his team to know that my case of nerves was unfounded. But nonetheless, my anxiety was not brushed off and I was provided with yet another successful dental procedure. It's important to feel heard, and as usual everyone at Yaletown made sure I was heard and treated my concern with serious care and consideration.
