Love Dr. Loo's practice! I have been seeing Dr. Loo for the past 2 years. Dr. Loo is very professional and efficient. She pays extra attention to make sure your orthodontic work is on track and is experienced in treating patients with cleft lip and palate. The staff there is also very caring and warm. Definitely recommend her practice!
Dr. Loo is lovely, explains the case to child and parent as well as the treatment plan. Front desk staff are very helpful and pleasant. CDAs, some are sweet and others are not very friendly and quite dismissive at times.
My son has been seeing Dr. Loo for over two years and we are very pleased with the experience. The staff has been exceptionally accommodating (as we've had a few scheduling/re-scheduling issues). Dr. Loo is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Loo if you are looking for an orthodontist.

My son is 9 and loves coming into the clinic. They are so helpful. My son has a rare genetic disorder and Dr.Loo goes beyond knowing what is involved in his care. We travel 70km to see her and it’s well worth the drive.
Dr. Loo is very thorough and provides great care for her patients. Staff is friendly and accommodating especially when we need to reschedule our appointments!
