Dr. Loo is excellent as are the staff. Only complaint would be the tendency to be behind schedule. I understand the reason behind it but the as our appointments are during school times the more behind schedule you are the more school he misses.
Dr Loo and her staff are excellent. I have 2 children ages 11 and 13 who see her for orthodontic work. In the past our appointments have run late but recently in the last 6 months they have been on time which is very much appreciated!!!
Truly a top professional team, and Dr. Loo is outstanding to say the least. I would recommend Dr. Loo and her staff without a second thought!

My experience at this clinic has been excellent, the staffs are very friendly and considerate toward the patients. Even though there may be some waiting during the appointment, but Dr. Loo has always been very professional and knowledgable. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
Dr Loo, and her amazing team including but not limited to... Darcelle, Marjorie, Sandy and so many more folks, have done a spectacular job in making a middle aged person feel comfortable getting braces!! Thanks Dr. Loo and Team and also you're just a really wonderful bunch of people to see for the length of time I was in your office! Best wishes always!

My son has been going to Dr. Loo and has had fantastic results with his treatment. My daughter will be starting treatment with Dr. Loo as well. Dr. Loo is thoughtful, kind and very professional.
