Dr. Alex Darrach-Cottick's clinic is a stress free and friendly environment! I highly recommend it!
Dental work was never my favorite thing, but Dr.Alex and his staff made it so much better. They always answer all of my million questions and make me as comfortable as possible. Perfect office, my family and I are staying.
Nothing but good words to say about the team. They are attentive, caring, and make sure that I feel comfortable with everything that goes on. Especially great for patients with a fear of dental work!
I had a terribly painful toothache a couple weeks ago, and I didn't have a dentist in Victoria. Dr. Alex helped me to get me in for a root canal the very next day after my consultation. He's thorough and always explains anything I have questions about. Not to mention, inharmony is much more affordable than some places I've visited. I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Alex to anyone feeling unsure of the dentist. He and the staff have been extremely warm and inviting.
I have been avoiding the dentist for 15 years. I went to see Dr Alex and first of all his hygienist is amazing. Sandy was thorough and really friendly. Also the whole staff made me feel welcome. I would recommend this office for anyone feeling scared to go.
Just switched to Dr. Darrach-Cottick after a bad experience with my last dentist. Him and his wife are friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Everything you could ask for in a dentist.
I like the receptionist, and the other one before her (Yasanna and Sarah). They don't last long here and I agree with the last comment about the dentists wife - tries to sell you on treatment and commit as a money grab I'm certain. I think I would not recommend this dentist because his wife is so involved in this office and really shouldn't be.
Just made the switch from a pediatric dentist to Dr. Alex Darrach-Cottick at InHarmony Dental. Wow - how fortunate am I to have found Dr. Alex and his team. I have felt so welcomed as a new patient, and have had all of my expectations exceeded. Dr. Alex is gentle, honest and knowledgeable. A friendly, gentle dentist. Nobody likes going to the dentist but Dr. DC made it not so bad.
