I felt rushed though this entire experience as a new patient. I was rescheduled twice in regards to my first hygiene appointment. The assistants were great. The dentist was not great. Not personable and aggressive treatment planning. I would not recommend this practice
Definitely not the office I am looking for long term. I had a hard time with the minimal privacy offered over the last couple visits I had. I could hear everything the gentleman beside me was going through...from his name to his treatment plan and finances...the lady at the front answered the phone and I over heard the entire confidential details. I would never want the same confidential information about me or my family discussed this way.
I decided to check out this office from a newspaper add I saw describing the therapy dogs and interest in anxiety. Unfortunately the only thing I loved about this office were the therapy dogs. I became really turned off from this office after the dentists wife blatantly came into the tx room while finances were being discussed and dropped the comment about my bill paying for her future yacht...as funny as she may think that is it was also completely the wrong place and time. Patient comfort is our top priority and our anxiety specialist is often called in to discuss treatment plans with our patients.
