Such a welcoming environment, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Rykiss takes the time to explain everything to you. The staff makes sure you are well taken care of.
Today was my contract day and scan for Invisalign aligners. Every member of staff in this office that I had contact with was warm, very welcoming, knowledgeable and left no question unanswered. I've just started my treatments here but already know I have made the right decision. Dr. Rykiss knows his practice incredibly well and made me feel very welcome today. I appreciate their approach with their clients and look forward to working with them over the next 16 months.
Dr Mark is fantastic! Barb goes above and beyond anyone I have met in the dental industry to make you feel comfortable. My son and I both had braces put on by dr Mark and his wonderful staff yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the experience! There is of course some discomfort afterwards but that was to be expected. I am very confident that this will be money well spent and a perfect ortho chosen for us! The whole Rykiss practice was helpful, planful, and proactively answered all my questions with grace and comforting chuckles. They truly are pro's at helping their patients and their families put their best smiles forward. The experience was certainly 'beyond the call' of all of my expectations.
Treats each patient like his favorite! They are so helpful with any little question or issue that arises and work hard at accommodating schedule.
