Organization sucks here I made an appointment a month ago for today and called to make sure I have one and they said I don't!! 😡
i've been going to dr. mark rykiss for almost eight years now. started with a retainer, braces that were only supposed to be on for 1.5 years ( yeah right, turned to going on 5 years ) and now everytime i go in to talk about my separated bite, they suggest i go back to braces. HUGE waste of my time.

Happy initially....had tones of movement despite wearing my retainer religiously. Went back and they didn't have the time of day for me. Despite me paying them $7000 for invsialign...would never recommend anyone here and wish I went somewhere else.

Initially after treatment I was very pleased with the results - teeth were in fact quite straight. What I learned 10 years later after consulting with other orthodontists is that the teeth were aligned to mask an underlying jaw discrepancy issue. It's too late to fix this with distraction techniques as I'm fully grown - breaking the jaw(s) with further need for braces may be the only option.
