Took my son in for assessment and the experience was really great. Staff were warm and helpful. All fears dispelled, we felt really welcome and my son is looking forward to his new smile. Dr. Mark was really helpful and kind. Barb is so kind. She was really great with the kids, My little girl had a good time chatting with her. Really positive experience. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Rykiss!

i was told as a teenager that i would need jaw surgery to fix my smile and that braces alone would not help . It was not something that my parents were okay with at such a young age . As an adult, I wanted to revisit the idea. When I came in for a consultation I was so happy that they told me I wouldn't need surgery and all could be fixed with regular elastic wear. Dr Mark and his team are fantastic! I couldn't be happier with my perfect smile! Highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

terrible staffing, i only met two helpful staff during my whole treatment. It was awful. They are usually on time. I never had an issue with that, but they sure aren't polite, & some staff don't even know how to properly fix wires, I had to go in multiple times once because the staff did such a terrible job. I have no idea why she's still employed. I. recommend not going to them, they act very phoney and fake. You can tell they don't care about your well being.
