First visit, they just couldn't do enough for you. They convinced me to get incognito (braces on the inside) which were 8000$, but i didn't feel bad paying so much because i felt my money and teeth were in good hands. Little did I know, I was wrong. All my payments went through and I'd made an appointment to get them put on, then my appointment got rescheduled. They didn't call and ask if it was okay to reschedule it. They just did. I was absolutely not impressed with mark rykiss. he comes of as a really cool and nice guy, but he just knows how to lure his customers in. once he received all my payments, the customer service plunged to rock bottom. they didn't care about my teeth, they didn't care to make any appointments with me and they didn't even give me my whitening kit that they promised until i went in 3 times asking about it. when i did get it, it was a syringe with no instructions.. it was garbage. not worth it unless the relationship is genuine... read more

very unimpressed with staff. They have made many mistakes which have detrimental consequences for my child. Not a professionally-run organization despite the optics of such.

I would not recomment this dentist. Although he has good rapport with children he does not spend enough time with each patient. He did not inform me that my daughter has advanced tooth decay due to improper brushing during 4 recent visits but our regular dentist did. Had he spent more time examining my daughters mouth he hopefully would have caught this.

I would not recomment this dentist. Although he has good rapport with children he does not spend enough time with each patient. He did not inform me that my daughter has advanced tooth decay due to improper brushing during 4 recent visits but our regular dentist did. Had he spent more time examining my daughters mouth he hopefully would have caught this.

Not professional at all. For the first Visit, they will treat you very well, but after you deposit the money, situation changed. The worst doc I ve ever met!
