Dr Pocock and his staff are excellent. Very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend him. He is an expert in his field and I trust him.
Dr. Pocock has been doing this for decades. He's an expert, and his practice is efficient, at the leading edge technically, and staffed by warm caring people, some of whom were with him when my sons went through their treatment 12 and 22 years ago. I was quite surprised to see all the negative reviews of Dr. Pocock because my overall experience and end-result under Dr. Pocock's care was quite exceptional. I could agree that the receptionist could sometime use a little more "people skill," however, if you care for end-result and service, I would highly recommend Dr. Pocock. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received at Dr. Pocock's office. In fact, overall in the categories of helpfulness, punctuality, and knowledge, I've never received better service anywhere else in the medical profession. My 8-year old twins have both seen Dr. Pocock for orthodontic work. He came highly recommended from our dentist (whom I've been with for years and trust very much). I have had 3 of my children go to Dr Pocock and I can say we are extremely happy with the results. All 3 of my children started their orthodontic treatment at 8 years old - Stage 1 lasted approx 2 years. Then at 12 they underwent stage 2 and it lasted appprox 18 months. Now all are adults (ages 19-23) and they are still very happy with their results. Dr. Pocock's end result is a beautiful smile!
