Dr. Pocock and his staff are amazing. Best dental experience ever.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They were awesome with my 7 year old son. He was terrified and emotional, but they soon motivated him so much that he can now not wait to start his treatment. Dr. Pocock explained the treatment so well that he understood and he can now explain positively to his friends in his own words what it’s all about.

All in all a good experience. Dr. Pocock was very nice and took plenty of time with me. I was impressed and look forward to starting my treatment.
I have no complaints and my experience has been good. I have read some of the reviews. I would say the positive ones are accurate. I question the authenticity of the negative ones. They just do not accord with my experience. It seems some people are looking for a friend or social worker. In that case, yes, you will be disappointed. But good orthodontic care? You’ll have come to the right place.
Dr Pocock is professional, polite, knowledgeable and very attentive. We appreciate that he goes out of his way to provide quality care.
So I understand the less than great reviews. His personality can take some getting used to, he is not about small talk and niceties. However, as we were under his care for our infant son who had a cleft lip and palate, I can say we got to know him to the next level as these were very stressful times. It's true that he can be brusque and he doesn't always have time to chat.
