He is the best. Me and my family have had him as our orthodontist for 10 years, always have been excellent person and professional, very nice and kind to his patients as well as his staff members.
Dr. Pocock and his staff are amazing. So patient with my daughter and explain everything to her as we go to make her feel more at ease.
We are out of towners and they are always able to accommodate, after being at a previous Orthodontist, Dr Pocock saved my daughter from having additional adult teeth pulled. Best decision to change Drs. The staff is helpful and Dr.Pocock talks to my 11yr old daughter like a person not a little kid which we both appreciate greatly. I highly recommend him to anyone needing amazing orthodontic care.

Receptionist is not so friendly. Dr pocock is great, I understand the negative reviews but I think that's just his personality and people shouldn't take it personally. I have noticed he doesnt treat his staff very nicely though sometimes... He has come in on his day off to check on a sore spot in my daughters mouth before and even have his cell number for any problems after that. The staff Norma is amazing aswell as the rest of his dental staff.
Dr. Pocock and his staff are fabulous!! So caring and accommodating, especially Jan. We read the not so good reviews and were worried at first but they were all amazing every visit.
