Dr. Pocock and his staff are really amazing to deal with. We live a few hours away from the office and always go out of their way to make it work with my schedule for driving and time wise. They always are able to answers questions and if they dont know the answer they are quick to find out and call me back. Highly recommend to anyone. Totally worth the 2.5hr drive.
Both Dr. Pocock and his staff are very caring and helpful, and made both my daughter and myself feel immediately comfortable. Dr.Popock is very thorough and super kind and both he and his staff encourage questions so you fully understand the choice of treatment and what it entails, so that, in his own words, the treatment is done “with you” rather than “to you”. The office is very clean, bright and happy! The entire experience was very positive!
